Ayesha Curry is setting the record straight about her relationship with husband Stephen Curry.
In a since-deleted comment on her Instagram post from Monday, the Full Plate author addressed claims she and the NBA star were in an open relationship.
“Good gracious God almighty @stephencurry30 … 🥵🥰 my baby’s @gq cover shoot,” she captioned the post. The image was a photo from Stephen’s recent GQ cover shoot.
When several followers asked in the comments about the status of her marriage, the mother-of-three then shut down a rumour speculating she was in an open marriage.
“Don’t believe everything you read,” she wrote in a seemingly deleted comment captured by The Shade Room.
“Do you know how ridiculous that is? Don’t disrespect my marriage like that. Please and thank you.”
Stephen, 33, and Ayesha, 32, tied the knot in July 2011 after meeting each other during high school in North Carolina.
They share three children together: son Canon W. Jack, three, and daughters Ryan Carson, six, and Riley, nine.
In July, 2021, Ayesha celebrated the couple’s momentous anniversary with a special Instagram tribute, calling Stephen “my love” and “best friend.”
“My everything! 10 years married y’all 🎉,” she wrote. “It has felt like the blink of an eye. @stephencurry30 is by far, hands down the most amazing being I know.”
“I can’t wait to see what the next 50 has in store for us,” she added. “Happy day happy day! We’ve been doing the most celebrating the past couple of days. July 30,2011 to infinity and beyonnnnnnd.”
