Holly Valance‘s billionaire husband Nick Candy has listed his luxury two-storey penthouse in Hyde Park for sale.
The penthouse, which includes a swimming pool, gym and cinema, is selling for a whopping £175 million (approx. $311 million). The apartment is split over two levels, boasts five bedrooms, two terraces and measures around 18,000 square ft (approx. 1672 square metres), the equivalent of almost 18 average English homes.

The property is located in Knightsbridge, central London, and also has its own private spa. If that wasn’t enough, it has both a champagne room and a wine room — which holds up to 750 bottles.
According to Greater London Properties, Candy’s penthouse is said to have a private library, golf simulator and valet service.
The 48-year-old entrepreneur confirmed to Bloomberg in an email that he is seeking a buyer for the home following a “huge surge” in demand for London’s best homes. He also said offers in Bitcoin and Ethereum will be considered as cryptocurrencies are a “big opportunity”.
The penthouse is “a world-class real estate asset in the heart of London that will continue to perform as a solid investment for years to come,” Candy added in the email.
Candy is married to singer and former Neighbours star Holly Valance and shares two daughters: Luka Violet, seven, and Nova Skye, three. The pair tied the knot in 2012 in Beverly Hills alongside 300 of their family and friends. Aside from their Hyde Park home, they also own a property in the US.
In 2019, Valance opened up about their marriage with the billionaire and revealed his busy work-life balance.
“He worked on Christmas Day and even the day we practised our vows with the priest he took a call in the middle of it,” she said in an episode of the podcast Made by Mammas. “He was like: ‘Got to take this, sorry guys!’ I was like, ‘We’re at the altar practising our vows!’ So that’s who I married, I know that.”
